The purpose of the site investigation was to address the following:

• General geotechnical characteristics and borehole log of the project site

• Nature and extent of fill and implications for construction

• Groundwater, sloughing conditions, and subsurface drainage requirements

• Recommended foundations types (shallow/deep foundations)

• Basement wall and other design parameters

• Seismic site classification

• Frost design considerations

• Recommendations for Gravel pad for Tank farm and Asphalt parking

• Recommendations for a heavy traffic access route

• Groundwater and sloughing level at the completion of field drilling.

• Identification of utility crossings and any other pertinent information.
